Canadian National Championships 2025

The National Boxing Championships were held in Winnipeg from November 26th to 29th, 2025 and Manitobans stepped up. Thank you to the organizing committee, volunteers, sponsors, and attendees, who made this a great success for the boxers and overall community!

Special thanks to Manitoba directors Andrew Bestland and David Johnson who wrangled the bulk of this daunting tournament; as well, Gillian Reid-McLean, Bhavek Budhia, and Brendan McManus who put so much time and effort into bringing all the pieces together. The boxing community is privileged to have your care, skills, and passion for growing amateur boxing in our province. The success of the National Championships 2025 is entirely because of the incredible work these people put in.

Thank you also to Christopher Lindsay, Jennifer Huggins, Samir El-Mais and the rest of the Boxing Canada team for your leadership, guidance, and assistance.
