Sanction Request Form

Want to host a card? Fill out this form and hand it in 30 days before your event with the associated fees for a sanction. Any posters or artwork associated with the event must be approved by our marketing team before being released with our Manitoba Sanction graphic. Note – any event with more than 12 bouts will require a second doctor at the host club’s expense. Clubs renting the ring for competitions outside of Winnipeg city limits will be responsible for the transportation, mileage expenses and set-up/tear-down of the ring.

Physical Form (Medical)

Valid 1 year from date signed by the doctor. All Elite and youth competitors must have a valid form to compete at cards. Recreational members must have a medical in order to spar. Keep a copy of your medical for your records and one for your boxing book.

Coach Evaluation Form

Want to be a certified coach? Once you’ve completed all your NCCP and Boxing Canada courses for each level you need to go through an evaluation. For more info check out our Coach page.

Price list for renting the ring, courses offered by Boxing Manitoba, membership fees, sanctions, club affiliation, ect.

MB Registration & Waiver

Fees and completed forms must be turned in at the same time. Any incomplete form or missing fees will be sent back without review. All signature lines must be signed.

Background check

To become a coach, you need to submit your criminal record and background check every 5 years. You can submit your criminal record check online and complete your child abuse registry check in person at 777 Portage Ave in Winnipeg, MB.

Respect In Sport

All Coaches and Officials in Manitoba Boxing must complete their Respect in Sport certification. Respect in Sport (RiS) helps us promote those values through a simple and convenient online training course for coaches and sport leaders. Send Number to info@boxingmanitoba.com
