MB Registration & Waiver
Rewnew annually. Valid from January 1st to December 31st. Fees and completed forms must be turned in at the same time. Any incomplete form or missing fees will be sent back without processing. All signature lines must be signed. All paper and emailed forms will take 2-3 weeks to process. Register using the online platform instead for immediate processing.
Sanction Request Form
Want to host a card? Fill out this form and hand it in 30 days before your event with the associated fees for a sanction. Any posters or artwork associated with the event must be approved by our marketing team before being released with our Manitoba Sanction graphic. Note – any event with more than 12 bouts will require a second doctor at the host club’s expense. Clubs renting the ring must complete the Ring Rental Application. Sanctioned Events are only available to affiliated clubs in good standing.
International Travel Permit
Is your team travelling to compete? Complete this travel permit in its entirety, all information is required, and then submit to info@boxingmanitoba.com for processing.
Respect In Sport
All Coaches and Officials in Manitoba Boxing must complete their Respect in Sport certification every 5 years. Respect in Sport (RiS) helps us promote those values through a simple and convenient online training course for coaches and sport leaders. Send number & date of completion to info@boxingmanitoba.com
